If you are a current subscriber and do not have a username or password, you can activate your account by contacting our support team via email at onlineaccess@informa.com or telephone us on +44 (0)20 7017 5540. Please quote your customer number as this will speed up the process.
Once you have received your login details via email, you will be directed to a registration page where you will be able to create and confirm a personal password.
When you have registered your details, you will see your email id and password pre-populated in the login area on the homepage. If you need to access the website from a different location, simply enter your email Id and password in the login box and you will have full access to all content and functionality on the site
